Great news: TBS6618 works with Windows Media Center now.
Just follow with this:
First:
Install a special driver which Windows Media Center will take TBS6618 as a DVB-T device:

After install the virtual driver,please have a restart of your PC.
Second:
Use special TBSCITOOL to set the symbol rate for Windows Media Center.

Third:
After set the symbol rate then you can open Windows Media Center and enjoy DVBC now.

After you installed this Virtual DVB-S driver,Windows Media Center will take TBS6680 as a DVB-S device.
So you need to manual scan these transponder.
if your DVB-C provider parameters.
SymbolRate 6875 ks/s
Transponders:
1. 266 Mhz QAM256
2. 274 Mhz QAM256
3. 282 Mhz QAM256
4. 290 Mhz QAM256
5. 298 Mhz QAM256
6. 306 Mhz QAM64
....... (step 8Mhz)
25. 458 Mhz QAM64
Then:
set the freq value which is added 3000MHz.
For example, if the wanted frequency is 474MHz,
the value should be 3474MHz(Which looks like the satellite frequency).
You can set the symblo Rate to 6875.
Press scan then MCE will get the 474 ,6875 transponder channel list.
