No decoding of channels

Hello,

I'm trying to get the TBS5680 (DVB-C with cam and card) working on a Windows7 system. I tried to get it working with DVBlink and everything goes well. All the channels are found but I cannot see the encoded channels. The same with Mediaportal and DVB Dream. Every channel is found and I can see the FTA channels but I cannot see the scrambled channels.
The cam and card are inserted in the TBS and working well in my tv.

It looks like the problem is the decoding of the scrambled channels. I have a Smit Irdeto CI+ cam and Ziggo (The Netherlands) cable.
I don't know exactly where to start my investigation. So please, is there someone who has an idea about it or can help me with this issue?
