desperately need help with moi pro and tbs6991se card

Someone please help me, had my moi pro for close to one year now , can't figure it out, i have a moi pro and tbs6991se card combination trying to stream a free to air channels with it, i usually get to where you entry the parameters and scan the satellite, no mater the parameters i use it does't work, i am in Dallas, Texas and my satellite is on 97" west, it is a direct connection, no switch or anything, can somebody please tell me what the parameters i should use
