6920] config remote for DVBviewer & DVbdream

hello

i have buy a TBS 6920 with remote IR

in win 7MC with latest drivers remote it's looking by windows and ok

but in dvbviewer pro i tick winlirc but nothing works , how to set up remote TBS ?
for my ss2 i have a file : default ts35.remote in C:/ dvbviewer /remote/default ts35.remote

for DVbdream i tick winlirc but not works i look a config file for TBS 6920 for winlirc

hello,

in Windows 7 TBS remote control is installed as VHID (Virtual Human Input Device) device, which means the remote control is acting like virtual keyboard.

DVBViewer works with TBS remote control in similar way like Windows 7 Media Center - you don't need to do anything special like activating WinLIRC like you tried, because of the VHID support and you can test if DVBViewer is receiving events from the remote and even change the key settings with going to "Settings -> Options -> Input" in DVBViewer.

maybe, what you are missing for DVBDream is to copy "bda.dev" file that is found on the installation CD of your TBS card to "Devices" folder under the DVBDream installation folder.

in any case TBS remote control works in both DVBViewer and DVBDream and if the above doesn't help you will need to give me more details, which will help me to further assist you.

for win 7 it's ok but how change the button fonction , if possible

for dvbviewer it's works i test a change button fonction

i use a BDA device 2.50 in DVBdream 1.5c in /devices
work to BDA.dev scartman 1.08 tested and ok
it's ok after set p button in win lirc setting of dvbdream 1.5C

today tested prog DVb pro 6.42

for ProgDVB you will probably need to install device module from the installation CD of TBS 6920.

infra-red remote controller on TBS 6920 card is build in cx23885 chip and there is an effort about code that supports cx23885 build-in remote controller in Linux:
