TBS-IPData Signal problem

I have aliened my dish to eurobird 4a using fastsatfinder and i have the following frequency with high quality and level

11615
11686
12540

fastsatfinder and dvbdream show high quality and level for above frequencies but TBS-IPData can not lock on any of above frequency.

my qbox 8920 is version 22
driver version: 1.0.5.4 (I don't know if it 32bit or 64bit, because it installed automatically)
cpu: AMD Athelon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+
MB: gigabye Ga-M55sli

11615 V DVB-S2/8PSK 7836 3/4
11686 H DVB-S2/8PSK 14400 3/4
12540 H DVB-S/MPEG-2 39064 3/4

i will investigate if there is some problem with 11686H and 12540H, but 11615V is just outside hardware specifications of TBS 8920 - it supports DVB-S2/8PSK with symbol rate in range of 10000 - 30000 kSps and 7836 kSps is outside that range - you need some of our newer models to receive such kind of signal. please, note that for DVB-S/QPSK TBS 8920 supports 1000-45000 kSps.
