Faulty unit

Faulty unit

Postby Donb » Mon Jun 04, 2012 12:46 pm

Hi,

I have a new 5922 box which has an odd problem. It tells me there is 50 level and 55 quality regardless of any aerial being connected. It does not tune anything.

It appears stuck. Powering off the unit doesn't change anything. I purchased two of these from the USA - the other unit is fine.

I was hoping that there would be a firmware update to try.

Help please
