Telsat 12 Can't lock signal

I am trying to lock frequency 11860 H Sr;45000 and 11920 H sr;45000

only frequency i can tune is 11964 H Sr;14714

I have Wndows Xp SP3 with DVBdream -OEM latest, also i am using Linux ubuntu in other server have same issue can't lock any this frequency only 11964 H 14714 ,

Also i had dreambox 8000 and Fortis DVBS2 and pick up frequency with out problem.

Just have checked Telsat 12 frequency 11860 H Sr;45000 and 11920 H sr;45000 ,It is DVB-S2 transponder,
TBS6981 for DVBS2 only up to 36Msps,
Symbol Rate:
DVB-S QPSK 1~45Msps
DVB-S2 QPSK/8PSK 2~36Msps

If you want to lock DVBS2 upto 45Msps you can have a try with our TS6991:
