Dear sir,
I have many technical problems since I bought and installed the software device, and the technical supporter doesn't respond to my questions. For example after installed software and restart the system a blue screen appears to my screen. I'm using windows 8.1 64bit. I installed (TBS5980 Windows Driver V1.0.3.0) from your website, and the box was connecting when I installed the software, and the software driver caused blue screen in my system even with or without connecting the device, and I'm using USB2 port. So I need your help.
