Step 1: Install Hardware and Software
Insert TBS6984 TV tuner card into the PCIe slot, and secure it to the computer tower frame by using the supplied screw. And then install Windows driver and DVBDream from CD( TBS attached both on the package). You can install both of them according to the regular TV tuner card driver installation.

Disconnect the power and remove computer cover. You will see an empty PCI Express slot at the right side of the mother board.
