1.Fixed some dvb-s2 transponder can not scan in web page
2.Fixed web page load frontend issue.
3.Fixed dvblast do not choose the Ethernet issue.
4.Update tvheadend to latest version and add audio transcode support (eac3 to ac3)
5.Fixed some small bugs
